When you fill out a form on our Site or through our advertising (including our Free Trial Week sign-up form), we collect information such as your name, phone number, and email address. We collect this information to contact you, confirm your trial class booking, and follow up regarding our programs and membership offerings.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve our advertising effectiveness. Specifically, we use:
- Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show you relevant ads based on your visit to our Site.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand website traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — to manage the tracking tools listed above on our Site.
These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general location (city/region level).
Third-party scheduling and registration. Our class booking and free trial sign-up forms are powered by Spark Membership, a third-party gym management platform. When you submit a booking or trial request, your information is also processed by Spark Membership in order to schedule and manage your class registration. Spark Membership's own privacy practices govern their handling of this data separately from our own.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Contact you to confirm class bookings, trial registrations, or membership inquiries
- Respond to questions you submit through our Site
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
- Understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as Spark Membership for class scheduling, and Meta/Google for advertising and analytics), solely for the purposes described in this policy.
